lovely stay with really good service
attentive staffhelpful assistancepleasant demeanor
i found the staff attentive. eric was particularly helpful, assisting with taxis, a clothes airer, and ticket bookings (i really appreciated his help). moon in the cafe greeted us with such a happy and pleasant demeanor each morning. all staff members i encountered were helpful and polite.
the gym equipment looked somewhat dated.

the location is convenient, near major transport links and the city center. a nearby carrefour supermarket provides easy access to groceries. the hotel also offers access to soluna beach club.

the studio included a comfy bed with soft pillows i slept soundly the kitchen had everything i needed to prepare small meals the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and water provided the staff quickly brought an iron when i requested one. i enjoyed daily cleaning services and fresh amenities

the staff were pleasant, especially the front desk crew. i appreciated their quick responses to requests..
The gym could use some serious upgrades. the equipment seemed quite old, with visible rust on several machines. breakfast was a letdown as well. The limited choices felt repetitive, and it wasn't easy to find something that suited my dietary preferences. this definitely affected my overall impression of the place

the location is near shops and the metro , made getting around simple. i found a spa, gym and a swimming pool available at the hotel. the staff responded quickly to my requests. breakfast was tasty i found the restaurant staff professional.
i noticed that the parking space was quite small , made it a bit challenging to maneuver at times. it was a minor inconvenience though.
