kind staff helpful reception clean apartment wrong information limited menu slow check-in
Muhammad and Kushal at reception really helped. They were very kind when i got sick, they helped extend my stay. Anip and Salam from housekeeping were also so kind and helpful. I appreciate them. The apartment was clean and it made my days better.
The app gave wrong information about the stay. I understood that it was full board, but it only included snacks and sandwiches. The menu for full board guests had limited options. I was given a small piece of a normal sandwich. The check-in process was also a bit slow.

attentive staff helpful assistance pleasant demeanor
i found the staff attentive. eric was particularly helpful, assisting with taxis, a clothes airer, and ticket bookings (i really appreciated his help). moon in the cafe greeted us with such a happy and pleasant demeanor each morning. all staff members i encountered were helpful and polite.
the gym equipment looked somewhat dated.

the studio included a comfy bed with soft pillows i slept soundly the kitchen had everything i needed to prepare small meals the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and water provided the staff quickly brought an iron when i requested one. i enjoyed daily cleaning services and fresh amenities

mixed feelings about my stay
old equipment limited choices
the staff were pleasant, especially the front desk crew. i appreciated their quick responses to requests..
The gym could use some serious upgrades. the equipment seemed quite old, with visible rust on several machines. breakfast was a letdown as well. The limited choices felt repetitive, and it wasn't easy to find something that suited my dietary preferences. this definitely affected my overall impression of the place

the location is near shops and the metro , made getting around simple. i found a spa, gym and a swimming pool available at the hotel. the staff responded quickly to my requests. breakfast was tasty i found the restaurant staff professional.
i noticed that the parking space was quite small , made it a bit challenging to maneuver at times. it was a minor inconvenience though.
